2 things.
1.
I want to go to Village Camp more than anything in the world right now. More specifically I want to go to Austria and teach English or perhaps watch over photography as I now know how to print. I can also do many things arts and crafts related. I know how to sail (a two person sailboat!) and canoe which is useful.. I've done all sorts of rock climbing walls and ropes courses. I also know lots of fun camp songs, though half of them are in hebrew and are of no use to Austrian children. I also like children... I prefer older kids... but I can tolerate any child as long as it isn't throwing a temper tantrum. I do not know how to react to temper tantrums.
I wouldn't mind going to Ireland, Switzerland, ENGLAND or France, but Austria is, I think, the way to go with this Village camps thing.

I have to keep reminding myself that this is not fun and games... I will be a counselor and will have a job to fulfill and people to look after. I also HATED the sleep away camps I was sent off to but I blame that on the JAPs I was sent there with. It was incredibly hard to make friends and I always got homesick. Homesickness is a problem with me because I am one of those people who do not adjust well to change. A real Cancer you could say... look up any basic personality of a Cancer (I know... astrology... but in this case it is quite accurate) and I am clearly defined.
I got homesick in CA too... but at least I can deal with it now.
I can't wait to apply!

Not to say that there isn't suffering in this country and things I really could be doing at this moment. Helping the homeless and people who aren't as well off as I am. What am I going to do about it?
